Yes, Sept was nine months so that Cash Figure might change by say 1/3 of the 28 to 32 million. Leaving say 109 million year end. Thats $5.50 per share... The short & long term debt is around 5 million I believe & Investment at risk is Nominal...I believe less than a million... Yes the Insiders are very absent in this stock. Question is what are their rights w/r/t options? Yes I remember when Worth Magazine made ISIS Pharma Vical Icos & a few others poster childs of Biotechnology. Times have changed. Vical's partnering is limited. Question is does the High Dose trial fly. Do the results in May spawn interest in advance of public disclosure. Where will Vical be if the trial fails? More cash than it trades for & no programs so to speak outside the government stuff. Say they burn another 15 million between now & May. That still puts them at $4.8 per share or 95,000,000. At that point does someone buy them for a song...Does Allovectin hit a long Ball & create Buying..to say $10...do they liquidate...Or do they grind cash out on Government programs? Merrill Lynch & the Master small cap Value Fund? has added... 1/10/2003 secfilings.nasdaq.com 6/4/2002 secfilings.nasdaq.com lionshares.com lionshares.com lionshares.com They don't seem to be too concerned with Insiders activities... No not a given by any measure...very speculative & unproven technology. The High Doseing approach should prove very interesting...hopefully it proves safe & effective?
