We have a baby H&S on both the DOW and S&P. Dow target 7600, S&P target 800. USD had a H&S with a top in summer of 2001, price objective was 99-100, so that one worked as expected. Not saying it won't go lower... If that made slow reading it's because I'm playing 'hunt and peck' on the keyboard today. I broke my right pinkie yesterday in a basketball game, so typing is a real chore. To make matters worse, we use chopsticks a lot around our house, and I'm a big ZERO when it comes to using chopsticks left handed. Maybe I'll lose some weight if I can't eat?!
