Yeah, but that's only with the rest of the world. The campaign contributions (wink, wink, nod, nod) are coming in stronger than ever. Who cares what the world thinks? Bush is thinking grand thoughts like one of our early plutocrats, Cornelius Vanderbilt, who famous asked: "What do I care about the law, I got the power h'ain't I?"
