What I find most amusing about this episode is that more and more people(often newcomers to the USA) think the rules should not apply to them.

Now here is a question for you. Suppose this woman goes to a large department or electronics store and decides to make a purchase costing a few bucks. She gives a credit card to pay. The check out clerk asks for a driver's license. She presents a "masked face" license. How in the Hell will the clerk know if the license goes with the person? Of course, the answer is that she always pays in cash. Or...maybe her husband insists she can't go into stores and buy anything. The whole thing is assinine IMO.
