Liked your analysis of MSFT. The runup is shaky. It doesnt look pretty to me at all.

QCOM: Looks terrible. 30 should be easy even without a major bear market.

About the market being in a bear hug: I'm not quite sure. Lots of money changes hands during an election year, making things a lot uncertain. Governments and Corporations all over the world send money to lobbyists here. This might go into real estate or stocks or whatever. At the same time interests in US withdraw some investments for lobbying purposes. Result is volatility.

Everybody seems to be bearish now. A bear market ends when everyone is bearish. Let's watch and see.
