I'm pretty sure that if the inspection team found a fully constructed nuke on the outskirts of Baghdad, that you would present the case that President Bush personally placed the bomb there to frame Saddam. And this would no doubt cause you to remember to send in your monthly donation to the families of the Muslim martyrs of Sept 11. The fact is, the Iraqis have been in violation of UN resolutions for several years now and the ball is in their court to clear that up. To use legal parlance, the burden of proof is on them not us.
