ah, so you don't think that they are obligated to divulge those warheads....got it.

I don't consider your question about chemical and biological weapons to be relevant. It assumes that the only possible source for chemical and biological weapons is from pre-1991.

If we know that they had the stuff and they refuse to divulge where it ended up, why should we assume that they just got rid of it and forgot to take notes? Why shouldn't we assume that they moved the stuff to a neighboring country?
