I believe that ACTM will do $2.50 in 1999 on $500 million sales and
on 1 million more shares (a secondary along the way), and sell at a
price of $65. Meanwhile, I believe that it will not make a new high
again in 1997, has short term support at $35, and long term support
at $28-30. I regard it a strong buy under $30 if it gets there from
general market conditions (as opposed to adverse news).

I have no interest in Year 2000 stocks. They are like oil wells which
deplete in a short period. I do not want to guess what happens afterward
and I suspect the prices are way too high for this "oil well" type
way of looking at them.
