Puff Daschle kicks, screams, whines, and cries for over TWO YEARS that not enough people believe their propagandistic lie that the "Bush tax cut" has cause a recession by "bringing back the deficit" (a mathematical impossibility).
Suddenly Puff proposes: A TAX CUT! Not a very effective one, of course. Marxists haven't got a CLUE how to cut taxes and create growth-it goes completely against their nature. It is enough, thankfully, to dispel the myth anywhere in the nation (including S. Dakota) that Puff is anything but an obstructionist, self-serving, class hater..
As for cutting taxes, the Bush administration will successfully point out that it is now a political fact of life-and thus should be left to the experts, i.e., the Bush administration.
