Sounds to me that he is not talking about containment... as some seem to advocate. We have quite a few who believe we should not go to war at all... Continue the present.. Saddam is not a threat to the U.S. Tom, is saying , build coalition and I assume... go to war if Saddam does not provide futher documentation of what he did with the wmd. U.S. will continue to build coalition while we are still putting our troops in place... Once we are ready , no demagogue by Saddam will stop a war. The security counsel will have to decide if they are with us...
