Thanks for posting on Turkmenbashi. There's a very colorful section on the man in Robert Kaplan's "Eastward to Tartary". One of the few books that King George has paid some attention to, perhaps seeking inspiration on how to be a complete megalomaniacal jerk.

Speaking of megalomaniacal jerks, Maureen Dowd did a good sendup of Herr Von Rummy today in the NY Times.
