Do you enjoy being mesmerized by self-serving, wonderfully communicating verbiage that has no purpose other than self-aggrandizement?

No, my self-aggrandizement filter is pretty intolerant.

I do enjoy watching such a wonderfully intelligent, informed man carry his flaws so gracefully.

You know the old bromide: Big virtues, big vices.

Look at the giants amongst our Founding Fathers who also had a "zipper problem": Jefferson, Madison, Franklin (although not married, was a womanizer).

And our later presidents: Eisenhower, Roosevelt, JFK.

And that's just the ones we know about.

I'm not suggesting for a minute that Clinton handled his indiscretions well. Think how differently things would have turned out if he had simply said to his interrogators, "Its none of your business."

And it wasn't.
