I'm sure I have heard it here and I have read it in programs that come with uninstalls - if there is an uninstall then use that over add/remove because the uninstall is designed specifically for that particular program and will remove all necessary files. I would like to know the reason this person says that you should use add/remove over the uninstall - did he say why other then it's unorthodox?

I have AVG - is that a registry cleaner - if not I will look into the one you recommended.

Anyhow, we're off later today for a Super Bowl party - who's playing anyhow? LOL
