Yes, but once again, we don't know all the facts of this case nor the background of Swan. Actually, I disagree -- I think we DO know all the PERTINENT facts of the case, and we DO know the important points of Swan's background. York's article went into some detail on this subject. No, at least we didn't when you made this post. For an example, Mr. Pickering's ex parte contact was unknown to me. ted
