Honestly, you didn't respond to either of the questions -- "HOW DOES ONE MEASURE 'DISPARITY BETWEEN THE RACES'?", and "IS THERE EVIDENCE THAT AA 'MITIGATES' ... THE DISPARITY?".

First, I have posted to any number of people on this thread, if not you specifically, that the income disparity between the whites and people of color with the notable exception of Asians has remained considerable even with the civil rights legislation of the 60's. In fact, over the past thiry years, there have been years where increases in minority income have not kept up with that of whites.
Now if you want to verify if what I am saying is true, then get your fingers to do a google search and check out the income data for whites and minorities at the US Census Bureau website. I am not about to hold your hand when it comes to this shit. If anyone on this thread makes the most uncollaborated statements of fact its you.........while you may think this is acceptable, it does not mean you warrant special treatment.
In any case, when its stuff like the Census bureau......a very common data source, I don't intend to provide the link to you or anyone esle so that you or they can confirm the veracity of my statements.
And btw, I don't need your acronyms to communicate but I appreciate the thought.
