for sure the rates have gone down since last i posted. in fact they went low.. went up and are now tranding back down.

so here's the snippet ..

Mortgage Rates Curr. 6 Mon
15 year mortgage 4.96 5.44
30 year mortgage 5.56 6.02
1 year ARM 3.81 4.06

and i'm back from Ch. that was fun.. i really needed that. got a chance to just really take a chill pill. find direction. meet people. met the most people here out of the entire uh.

now lightly discussing w jwg. i don't know that anything will work. the advantage i have now is that i have had experience so i'll take whatever i get.

i am like water. if there's a way, i'll find it. if there isn't a way, i'll make it.

met ac who is cool. wonder how long. or if. in the midst of my last class. did well in the presentation .. that was great. now only one more ex to go and i'll be free. after two years where am i? i think a better place. the sacrifice will be worth it. i'll realize it one day.
