Jeff and Colin, I see you two know far more about PHFR and its history than I. I must confess I am a bottom feeder of stocks...generally a contraian on "quality" stocks but I developed a nasty habit of trying to find one waaaaaaaaay low in the pecking order for that huge return. After 15 years of nose diving....and I am sure a lot of people got burned and may stay far clear from this stock...and the fact that ICC(name?) appears to own more that 1/2 of the shares....I am just looking at what they are right now and relative to the current price I jumped in for a potential ride up. I still think this one is undervalued, what it had been in the past notwithstanding, and when I say they are finally turnig profit, again in comparison to recent history. What I like about this RISK is that they seem to have cash flow and not likely to go belly up...BUT THESE ARE ALL MY OPINION DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH READERS OUT THERE... By the way nice activty on the ask side last Friday but bid dipped quite a bit..my theory - the MMs are just tyring to turn a profit from the wide spread making up for what appears to be very little activity lately.
