You might miscalculate the timing yet again. The economy will likely recover and the threats of Iraq and North Korea will be neutralized by 2004. Then Bush will be a two-term president.

If you don't want that to happen, you might as well pray that the economy stays in the tank and Iraq and North Korea continue to make the free world look impotent.
