Hi RBF,
Will give you my analysis of the situation +
a chart of the NAZ composite. I am using the
NAZ since ORCL and other stocks follow it very
closely. Please remember, that my advice is
worth exactly what you paid for it <VBG>.

1. Next line of resistance is around 1250.
2. 1st W pattern (which I use to mark potential lows),
Aug to Sep up, Down from there to
Oct. 16-19 and up to
Dec. 1st.
2nd W pattern down to Jan. and
up to Jan. 1st 2nd week and
down to where we are now.
3. RSI steadily down BUT HAS NOT hit a severe oversold
condition of 25 - 30 which it did in Oct and Jan.
4. Stochastics steady downtrend but hasn't hit a point
where %D is less than 25, and %K is above %D and
there is a positive divergence. RSI and Stochastics
more or less confirm one another, ie, the potential
and likely low has not yet been hit.
5. Boll. Bands show a steady decline, but candles still
have not "really" gone thru the bottom line. This
indicates a potential for a continuing downtrend.
6. MACD still a steady decline - trace the high and low
points of MACD with the corresponding highs and lows
of the candles and you'll see why I'm very goosy.
7. The last candle from Fri. shows a very bearish
intruding candle. Ignore the very last candle on
the right, it's a carry over from Fri.

Summation: What we have here, is a very ugly situation,
and it will continue to get worse until some major
positive news event takes place.
