Hi John & Thread, looks like another Bush-day on the Nasdaq due to his Iraq situation.

INTC $15.389 -2.91%
MSFT $48.75 -2.21%
CSCO $13.451 -2.95%

Egads, is Intel investing into blood-money?

We recently sold some gear to a DoD vendor, but at least it was for constructive comm security purposes (well, at least, I think it was, they couldn't tell us how it would be used due to gov't confidentiality), but it certainly was not for taking people out. These are certainly strange times. Our company has been approached by 3 foreign entities, and two of them were rather dishonest in their approach (seemed like an attempt at espionage). Bizarre. One of the three had two guys come to our company (and to around 100 other organizations/gov't bases/comm & security companies, if I were to believe one report), and for a fraction of a second, I actually considered tackling the guy at the knees to get him to stop from barging into our back offices. He didn't even look like a James Bond. Good grief.

These are scary times. And like something you heard about the 70s, with all the foreign corporate espionage cases that apparently went on back then. Certainly, nothing they taught us about (nor prepared us for) in school.

Regards,
Amy J
