EMERSON RADIO CORP. SCHEDULES THIRD QUARTER
EARNINGS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL
PARSIPPANY, N.J.--Jan. 27, 2003--Emerson Radio Corp. ("Emerson")
(AMEX:MSN) announced today that it will issue its financial results
for the fiscal third quarter ending December 31, 2002 on Wednesday,
January 29, 2003. The results will be released before the opening of
the stock market.
Management will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on
Thursday, January 30, 2003. The conference call will be broadcast live
over the Internet at www.emersonradio.com. To listen to the live call,
go to the web site at least 15 minutes early to download and install
