they got downgraded by Morgan Stanley late last week (think i saw a story on Tice's site) i believe.

buy some while the stock is on sale. if i've told you once i've told you a thousand times, management says everything is OK.

oh yeah, get some Radian (RDN) too. Archie McAllister likes it.
