The new appraisal is close to the old one, I'll bet. As for whether the $14M payment to Stephen Rees will be expensed as "salary" or "bonus" compensation, or is treated as part of the purchase price on Astron, I think they have already agreed to treat as part of the purchase price, since Rees has elected to stay.

I'm pretty sure this was part of the reason for the stock "pop" on Friday. I'm just wondering if the strength in the Chinese market will include Flextronics operation. I expect the 3rd Q could include some start-up costs at SJ, China, and Mexico, but by the 4th Q this company should be humming, and will go well over $250M in revenues with hopefully better margins.

From here on out, the news should get better and better this year.
