Blix Says Iraq Hasn't Accepted Demands

Blix gave an amazingly balanced report, in my view.

Unfortunately, it is totally immaterial in determining what our next actions have to be.

The Bush administration has nailed it when they say this isn't about giving Saddam more time, it is about Saddam making a factual declaration.

War does, now, appear to be unavoidable.
