I have been explaining techie:), big bets were made my some "Big Boys" in November that the TECHS were going to rally the market and went overweight, they are throwing up sandbags as fast as they can. One, they stand to get slammed, and also, the Myth that Techs will lead us back to the Bull market remains in many a head that just can't catch on, no matter what. The fact is the thing that led a Bull Market Past will NOT lead a Bull Market future---why people can't understand such simple rules is beyond my ken. max
