re: SEBL Options overhang of 74% Two things 1) According to the poster, overhang includes all shares authorized for grants, not all shares actually backing an existing option grant. So I think of 74% as more like a "potential" overhang than an "actual" overhang. 2) Do we know the distribution of the strike prices? I'm not too worried about the dilution due to options priced at $80 (we should have such problems...). This info would be super useful. Ethan
