Bought back some RRI at 4.22 in my trading account as well. I expect more upside than downside going into and after earnings. I don't think too many are expecting any refi news at the CC should it should be a disappointment if it doesn't happen. However, shorts will probably want to hedge positions or cover going into earnings just in case.

Overall RRI should have added to their cash position and they may announce plans to sell Europe div. Should be more positive catalysts than negative ones. I just hope RRI guided low enough on the last quarter for 2003. As long as we don't guide down then I see us going back over $5 again.

Also VIX is looking pretty oversold here. Technically market appears broken now, but I could see a small rally sometime this week to relieve the oversold condition.
