Sheesh! According to CBS Marketwatch, I2 has been informed that the SEC has opened an informal investigation into the company's accounting practices. The company also says it might have to restate its financials for 2000 and 2001 due to issues about revenue recognition. It has asked Delloite & Touche (its current auditor) to re-audit the results for those years which were audited at the time by none other than Arthur Andersen.
