The decision to fight a war is a very serious issue as it is putting young american lives on the line. It should not be based on polls or on short term economic considerations. The timetable should be dicatated by what is the best strategic time to engage in war and not by whether the Dow is breaking support or that the market will go down etc. If the president thinks that Saddam does pose a threat based on evidence he has (which he may or may not chose to divulge) and war is the only soluton we should do it. After all Hitler wasn't a threat in 1938 but had someone taken him out then maybe we wouldn't have WW 2. The world changed after 9/11 . Let us not forget it. Anindo
