The problem is this is more of a tactical, removal of one isolated dictator than a war. That is the motivation anyway. Its not like vietnam where the NVA was a sophisticated army that needed to be defeated (and eventually wasn't). There are many ways to depose a dictator. Is this the right approach? I don't know about you and I could be wrong about this but I am not expecting many casualties here.
