While the case was ongoing, he made contact with the Justice Dept [I think it was them] without counsel present. That's in violation of judicial law that governs the behavior of judges.

You are stuck on this insignificant point; judges make so-called ex parte communications all the time -- the question is one of substance. The recipient of the contact has repeatedly stated he did not believe the phone call was inappropriate, it was merely a call to double-check the sentencing guidelines.

You are doing everything you can to manufacturer a racist claim against this guy.
