I think the stock is currently priced in the $60 to $65 range based
on dampened earnings estimates of Cabot's of 17 cents in the second
quarter. Remember that many of the small investors who follow Lutts
do not get the information that many of us do through threads like
this one. So they still believe that 17 is possible. They haven't seen
any of the company press releases, have heard the lawsuits pooh-poohed,
and aren't aware that the SEC investigation has reportedly grown.

Based on a doubling of income (First Quarter 8 cents, Second Quarter
17 cents) it makes great sense to those investorsfor the price
to be this high. For many of them the possible 8 to 12 cents will
be disappointing to them.

I have appreciated the estimates made here regarding the 2nd Q
earnings, and believe that anything short of 12 cents will cause
a drop in price, while anything over 13 will cause an increase.

After all, many of the shorts don't think any income reported by
PRST is real.

I agree with earlier posts that it will take the SEC
announcement or a turnaround by Lutts to drop the price below $30.
However, at some point it may be in the Cabot best interests to drop
the stock. After all those advertisements showing the May 28 price
may be a deterant when the price gets down to $30 per share.
