RE >> Somehow, though, I don't find your motivations convincing. << LOL , I don't either..oftentimes
my motives confuse the shit out of me.
---
I have discovered "one" thing about motives, no one
can ever tell you what yours are, taht's something
only a person can do for themself.

Another something about my motives is they are not
at all simple, if & when I truly examine them,
they overlap and sometimes get mixed up.
I think anytime some one tries to explain their
motives beyond "i wanted to" "or I thought it was
a right or good thing to do" they can't help
but short themselves, understanding them in detail
is difficult , explaining them more so.
They can be both selfish and unselfish at the same time,
selfish is Ok if one grants that right to others,
but greedy is the bad guy.
If I'm ever short something I knock I make it
clear to all that I'm short.
I'm not short anything at this time,
other than a few hedged longs, hedged
with covered calls I sold.
