Bork was a case where the Dems just didn't like a strong outspoken conservative so they blocked him. I can't see how that can realistically be denied. Whether or not that amounts to him getting screwed depends on your opinion of the Senate's role in the confirmation process. What's Bork's full name? I want to check out what went down. ted
