I think Waterhouse may be concerned with accounts getting moved out. I had an account rep call me today. He wanted to know why I had requested account transfer forms. Duh! Actually he was quite sympathetic when I explained my reasons for wanting to leave Waterhouse but could offer little consolation other than he would be relaying my displeasure to upper management.
