Ending in pizza.

There is a say in Brazil, when something is not serious and will have no consequences we say:

This is going to end in pizza.

It comes from those guys (or lovers) who have a heated argument, get thirsty and hungry. They go to the next pizzeria, order some pizza and a few beers. They calm down. Get relaxed. It's getting late, they reach an agreement and everything is solved.

This Iraq thing has the hallmarks of something that will end in pizza. The US had this C141 transporter plane that was always available to take their former Cold War allied and fly it to somewhere someone could accepted. The C-141 flew Iranian Shah Reza Pahlavi and Philippines Ferdinand Marcos dictator out. Perhaps this Iraqi thing end in pizza since no one wants to get killed. C141 flies Iraqis leaders out and the guys head to the next pizzeria and everything will end in pizza.
