Didn't say they did..... The gov's, to get elected, promised reduced taxes because of the good economy and counting on it continuing...they sucked up federal aid that was fast and furious and tried to make themselves look like financial marvels; and now Jr. is telling them to piss off and lie in the bed they made for themselves.....
