New York State is 10B in the hole.... If you have any ideas as to cut the budget anymore, which has to be balanced by law, give him a call.....he wants to use the tobacco settlement money to help balance the budget which will cost the state 7-10B more over the next 10 years or so... The repubs made hay the last two years by giving all home owners real estate tax relief without saying what would suffer, statewise, by it..... We're finding out now....
