The Supreme Court of the USA allows <a group of "borderline criminals" to abscond with the Property of the United States of America, without a fight.> Ha, ha, ha to lazy Senator Hollings who was too lazy to sort things out over Xmas/New Year to save $10 billion and get some spectrum into service for US citizens.
