As a consequence, a number of people were hurt badly ........a white truck driver was almost beaten to death. An action that was racist and a "hate crime" without a doubt. With King, there was at least a valid reason he was receiving his beating, he was threatening officers. Denny on the other hand was almost killed because he was white and for no other reason. Somehow the guys that did it pretty much got off too. Go figure. time.com Were you as outraged by the Denny case as the King case Ted? Brian
