I really didn't like the choice we had 2 years ago. I'm an independent and have supported candidates from both parties over the years.

I was not a huge Bush supporter in 2000...I reluctantly voted for him...If I had to vote again tonight (based on what I know about Bush's leadership so far) he would not get my support...I actually think Gore might have done a better job with the economy and he would not have antagonized so many allies around the world. I also think its possible Gore would have stayed more focussed on The War On Terrorism and used the goodwill coming out of 9/11 in a more beneficial way...Finally, I'm very concerned about the Bush Administration's Environmental Track Record -- the last 2 years have not been pretty at all.

Maybe Bush will rise to the occassion and surprise all of us in his final 2 years...If he does, he may regain my support.
