Did Bork fire Cox on the bequest of Nixon?

Yes and if he didn't he would have been fired and the next person would have fired Cox or the next one after that. By firing Cox Bork kept the Justice Department from being ripped apart. Also it can be reasonably argued that Nixon was his boss and to not fire Cox would have been insubordination. I'm not saying 100% that I agree with Bork here, merely that it wasn't reason not to confirm him.

Did Bork oppose AA, abortion

Yes and such opposition was a good idea solidly grounded in law constitutional and otherwise.

and free non political speech?

You will have to be more specific. Lot of people have opposed lots of other things that might be considered non-political speech. Also there has been a lot of attempts to limit free political speech as part of speech codes or campaign finance restrictions. If you give me the specifics there is a chance I would answer your question no, a very small chance that I would answer it yes and agree with Bork anyway, and also a chance that I would answer it yes and disagree with Bork, but not agree with the idea that Bork's opinion is so extreme that it disqualifies him from serving on the SC.
