and let's not forget about aluminum. You have no doubt heard about the attempts to manufacture Pepsi cans out of gold....there is such a thing as too malleable and what could be more precious than 355mL of Pepsi? And gold can't even provide a decent container for it.

Not to mention that it makes the pepsi too danged heavy to carry around.
