Wonder just how volitile N Korea would have been before without the aid we had been sending . As for political leveraging ...well it just isn't a perfect world is it ? If you read that "peace " one of the "political leverages" was the attempt at getting the food to those who were really needing it . Sounds like a conspiracy huh ? ;-)
