a few individuals have nothing better to do than throw mud at the US and its leaders, while they offer nothing positive in return.

For some reason, I feel you are referring to yours truly. Could it be that you forgot what I "offered" to you that was extremely "positive", the advice that you should get rid of USD assets?

Don't tell me you did not take my advice :)

Let's see - This post was on 3 January, when the EUR/USD rate was about 1.037. Now it is 1.0832. That is a 4.5% gain in 3.5 weeks.

Wouldn't you say that is something I "offer in return"? <g>

US would be better off to tell France, you veto us in the UN and we'll put you on the terror list

On which grounds, pray tell?

What you are describing sounds awfully similar to bullying with threats, Mr Kohn.

NATO is with us, only France and Germany seem destined to destroy their relationship with the US

You don't seem to know that the France and Germany are the most powerful members of the EU. Not to mention the fact that France is a permanent member of the UN security council, whereas all those smaller East Europeans who just recently became EU members are definitely NOT.

Belive me, the US public is in no mood to put up with European crap!

Same over here. Except that European politicians, and indeed the public I see, don't often let "mood" interfere with their judgement.

The only thing good about France anyway comes from Cows, grapes, and bacteria!

I wish you would not relapse into these crises of irrational hate every so often. Talking to you is otherwise a pleasure.
