Depends on what kind of multiple the street feels is appropriate for a company like tyc. GE's is trading at 14.2 times this years expected earnings. Tyc's is at around 10. That's pretty generous for a company that fired its top management and is being run by a PR group. I'd say be glad for what you have and hope like hell no more skeleton's come out.
