A short question on money-flow indicators.

In reading through the Pitbull explanation I think I have a clear(er)
picture of just about all that is mentioned there. I even have a
grasp of the cup and handle charting concept which makes a lot of
sense. You had mentioned to me once that you confirmed your buys
using money-flow indicators. How are these arrived at?
