all good advice... still

1. i am not pilling only on gold alone. (just my share -g)
2. i am an old hand at RE and while relatively positive, in the worst of scenarios, there has to be NO debt, or very little. oh yes, and it HAS to be the right kind of RE.
3. bonds... not for me thanks
4. the problem i see is more fundamental.
5. trends in currencies, historically are long term.

for the first time in YEARS, i do not trust the USD and apparently, I am not the only one.

this war thing... I am trying to see through it, and it simply does not add up. this can be very costly at a time that we should be promoting trade with other countries, yet we are acting like drunk cowboys. it just does not make sense.

China seems to be acting quite smartly... i have not seen much "opposition" from the Chinese against this war... (maybe i have not read enough)... meanwhile, China's factories seem to be humming along... this is how one grows, employment, production... not by chanting war cries...

not good Obie Won, not good, Jedis must seek alternative to USD assets.

[i would even look at a nice cottage by the warm seas, in some distant foreign land] --I am sure it would even be fun !
