Sounds like common sense thinking to me. If it is appropriate for one to preemptive attack then it must be ok for another to do so as well. NO! That's a fallacy of logic. It says if A is like B in one respect, A is like B in all respects. Surely you can see some differences in India and Iraq can't you? I sure hope so.
