Brian, T. R. Price filed a Schedule 13G on Monday declaring that their holdings in BRKS are down to 1164 shares. A ScotTrade alert I got today (no link available) said that they were at 5.4% (1.1M shares) in February 2002. I don't know when the selling took place. How much time do they have to file the 13G after the material change in ownership? Mark
